💛 Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility: Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.
Timeframe: Notify us within 1 day of delivery and return within 5 days.
Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom/personalized items
- Clearance or sale items
- Digital downloads
- Refunds: Issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
🎨 Custom Order Policy
Processing Time: Custom creations take longer (usually 5–10 business days) depending on complexity.
Proofs & Approval: A digital mock-up is sent before production. Once approved, changes cannot be made.
Payment: Full payment is required before production begins.
No Returns/Exchanges: All custom orders are final sale unless defective or damaged.
