Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
• Custom orders may take additional time (up to 7 business days) depending on design and production needs.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes:

• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing.
• Local pick-up may be available upon request (contact us directly).

Delivery Expectations:

• You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or postal service issues.
• Delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to carrier disruptions outside our control.

International Shipping:

• Currently available to select countries. Delivery times may vary (10–21 business days). Buyer is responsible for customs or import fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

• If tracking shows “delivered,” we cannot be held responsible. Please contact your local carrier for support.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
